My hygienist, Morgan, is friendly, kind and attentive. I appreciate how the staff explain what they are doing and give suggestions on how to maintain clean teeth. Plus, they offer a toothbrush, travel mouthwash, toothpaste and floss after every cleaning. I’ve also had some fillings and emergency appointments, and I felt well-cared for. My doctor is great as well!

Best dental office in Central New York. Tried 3 different offices before I found Quest. Great group of people. Dr. “Mike” provided exceptional care for my tooth - even though he could have charged me a lot of money for a veneer, he recommended we try something less invasive and cost effective first - and the results were great.

Listen, no one likes going to the dentist. But Quest Dental really challenges that statement. First of all, Dr. Z is my absolute favourite. Since day one, she has always been very down to earth, never makes me feel silly for asking questions or for being anxious. She's helped soothe so much of my anxiety when it comes to dental work. Second, Sam who works with her, is a big part of why part of me gets *somewhat* excited to visit the dentist (WHAT!?) Even if I am not being seen by Dr. Z, but she sees I'm in for a visit, she will always stop in and say hi. These two are a dream team and I'm so grateful that I was suggested to go to Quest years ago. I've also had great experiences with Lisa who's a hygienist, and honestly, anyone else who has been part of my treatments. That said, the front office staff ( especially Michaela, Lonna) have always been amazing with anything I throw at them. They even gave me the benefit of a doubt one day when I didn't;'t show up for an appointment. Lonna knew it was not like me to not show, so they called instead of tapping on a late fee, AND they let me come in an hour later! For years, they all come through. They've even offered to watch my daughter while I'm getting a procedure done if I can't find child care. Seriously? Where can you find that these days if ever. I could keep going on. Just go to this place, they're the BEST! Thank you to everyone at Quest Dental ❤️

I’m not one to normally leave reviews. Every single one of the staff was amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable and my concerns were listened to. They never tried to push me to buy any products, I felt extremely well cared for. Thorough is an understatement and very timely - 2 hours for my first appointment. Love this office and the staff. Cannot recommend enough.

Today was my first time visiting Quest Dental after searching for a reliable dentists office for a long time. The staff who work here are absolutely phenomenal. I felt so welcomed, informed and cared about during my visit today. They really go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe and comfortable in their office. Huge shoutout to Dr. Andriano, Sanny, Hygienist Lisa and all of the folks working reception. You all are fabulous. I never thought I’d ever say it, but I’m looking forward to my next trip to the dentist!

I have gone to Quest Dental for about six years, and to keep it short: this is the best practice you will find. I am very picky about dentists, I have bad luck with my teeth (as did both my parents), and I am so lucky to have found Quest. I typically see Dr. Z and Sam, sometimes Dr. Nguyen, and I not only trust them all, but I adore them. Yesterday I broke one of my molars, shout-out to Matya at the front desk who got me in immediately for treatment. Even on such a bad day everyone there lifted my mood, and I love them for that. You don't want to go anywhere else, this is where you want to be!

Everything about this practice is excellent. From getting an appointment, their use of technology to inform you, and the billing and scheduling staff are great. The hygienists and assistants are super and I’ve used Dr A for myself and for my elderly father, my husband will be coming here soon …top-notch highly recommend.
